Celewish Media Private Limited (the “Company”) must cancel an order for reasons beyond our control. We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and do everything we can to offer an alternative date or product. In cases where you would rather prefer a refund, we will reimburse the entire amount paid for the product.

If we have not fulfilled your order within 7 days, you will get a full refund.

Refunds are always made to the person who made the purchase, and if originally purchased by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited by cheque or to the original card/account, within a period of 7-10 working days.


Order Cancellations By Customer

Orders once placed and passed to the celebrity cannot be cancelled and are nonrefundable. Unless there is something wrong with the video/service provided, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for a service you change your mind about after your delivery. This applies to any video requested including Personal and Brand Videos.

Refund Policy

If your request has not been completed within the Delivery Period (7 days) or has been rejected, we will refund you the purchase amount.

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method/platform that was used at the time of purchase and it will be initiated within 7-10 business days.

When purchases were made using international credit or debit cards or international payment options may vary from the displayed price or refund amounts based on your card issuers or payment gateway policies and the conversion rate.

If the standard delivery time has passed and you have still not received the refund, please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information.
